Sure, eating a francesinha is great and all, but what will you do when you go home? Waking up in the middle of the night, itchy and drenched in a pool of your very own sweat, jonesing over a juggernaut of a sandwich, spicy hot sauce and crinkled fries… and that sandwich is a flight away from you – oh the pain! But what if someone taught you the secret recipe behind Porto’s most iconic dish? Cook in Ribeira is that “someone”! Take their Francesinha Cooking Class (40€), and in 3 hours you will be ready to reproduce a meal that will have your family’s excitement levels almost as high as their cholesterol once they’re finished! This cooking class is available every Monday and Thursday, starting at 11am and at 6pm.
