Baroque Orchestra

Casa da Música’s Barroque Orchestra will be performing (for free!!) at Avenida dos Aliados, conducted by renowned Maestro and violinist Dmitry Sinkovsky. The performance will include a dance symphony by Rebel (french baroque composer), Händel’s water music and for a glorious finish, some pieces by iconic composer Vivaldi. It’s an awesome opportunity to get acquainted with classical music right in the heart of the city.

Rebekah, Moddullar, Rubeen

After an unforgettable performance at Neopop Festival 2019, Rebekah will visit Gare Club and bring another killer set with her. Over the years, she made a name for herself in the hard techno scene performing at some of the best clubs and festivals. This girl definitely has game as she keeps surprising fans and electronic music lovers with her sonority and remixes. Moddullar and Rubeen will also be performing.

James definitely have a legion of fans in Portugal, but they also have a soft spot for the country and the city. They last visited Porto for a sold out show at the Coliseu, but it’s now time for an outdoor performance so we can all enjoy the last days of summer. On the 13th of September they will be performing at Parque da Pasteleira and presenting their latest album “Living in extraordinary times”. Hurry and get tickets here, you won’t be “getting away with it” if you miss this concert!

Beast International Film Festival

Beast International Film Festival is back for its 3rdedition, with a diverse programme that plans to share East European Contemporary Culture with films, masterclasses, workshops and several parallel activities. This edition will focus on Lithuania, with a section dedicated to new talents and a special retrospective. One of the highlights of the festival is also the competition section EastWave, EastDoc and experimentalEAST, that will include short and medium length films from the 21 countries represented by the festival.

Yann Tiersen

September will have a magical ending if you chose to spend the last day of the month with Yann Tiersen. His music is touching and nostalgic, a roller coaster of feelings that takes us on a journey through incredible scenarios. The musician will present his latest album “All”, recorded at his studio “The Eskal”, deeply inspired by the environment and nature. Get your tickets here.
