Located right in the heart of the city, Taberna Real do Fado offers live music shows every night – from Monday to Saturday – providing you with a much appreciated chance to enjoy some good local food while listening to some of the most amazing fado singers (and guitar players) in Porto. Taberna Real do Fado is open from Monday to Saturday between 8pm and 1am.

MARY SPOT VINTAGE BAR

If you want to go for a walk along the Matosinhos promenade, enjoy delicious fresh fish for dinner and wrap-up your night with the perfect classic rock environment, then Mary Spot Vintage Bar is the place to go! Here, you’ll get the chance to enjoy great live music from multiple tribute bands and independent artists covering the likes of Pearl Jam, Guns N Roses, AC/DC, MUSE or even Adele. Admission costs 5€, but once inside, their deals are actually very generous, as a burger, a drink and a coffee will set you back only 5€ (so fear not if the night munchies hit you hard). Mary Spot Vintage Bar is open from Thursdays to Saturdays between 10pm and 04am.

ENTRE TANTO

With a premium location near the city’s central metro station Trindade, Entre Tanto combines healthy yet drool-inducing food with great live shows to provide their guests with an intimate and very cozy experience. Hungry? Then we definitely recommend ordering a ham and cheese board (12€ for 2), but only if you follow up on this local classic with an all-time British favourite and give it a go at their signature Wellington Steak. We are sure you won’t regret it! Live shows take place every Friday and Saturday, but be sure to book your table in advance if you want a smooth night! Entre Tanto is open on Tuesdays and also from Thursday to Sunday, between 6h30pm to 11pm.

LA BOHÈME

They consider themselves to be the oldest, most charismatic and genuine music club in town, offering live music nights every Friday and Saturday! If you’re not sure that this might be your cup of tea, just do a quick search on youtube on the Minnemann Blues Band (Hot Five’s regulars) and see your doubts vanish in the blink of an eye! Hot Five Jazz & Blues Club is open from Wednesdays to Saturdays between 10pm and 03am.
