Museu d’ Avó

A super cozy and old-school space, decorated with antiques you would only find at your grandma’s. Where smoking is still allowed inside and the light is mostly provided by candles. You can enjoy some of the best finger food, like chorizo, cheese or moelas, while reminiscing about the amazing night you just had with your friends.

Espaço 77

Where: Tv. de Cedofeita, 22
You know it’s been a good night if you are holding a beer and some food in front of Espaço 77. The place was completely renovated in 2017, and they sell pizza, pastries with different fillings and sandwiches all night.
It’s usually crowded, even outside, so it’s no wonder that they hold the record of most sold “minis” (20cl beer) in Portugal. It’s only 0,50€ each!

Tropical Burger

Open Monday-Thursday until 05:00 a.m / Friday and Saturday until 06:00 a.m. / Sunday until 04:00 a.m
Where: Rua D.Manuel II, 81
Tropical Burger will save you many, many times, since there’s one in every part of town. Besides having the biggest and most exotic burgers, there’s also pizza, francesinhas and even breakfast food.

Café Piolho (Âncora d’ Ouro)

Where: Praça de Parada Leitão 45
Café Piolho is one of the most famous café’s in Porto and a mandatory stop for students. Ignore the drinks passing by and focus on the menu. They have francesinhas, lasagna and quicker options like sandwiches or pastries.
Fun fact: “Piolho” was a nickname given to this café and it means “lice”. People started referring to it like that because the place was always crowded, and lice always come in large groups.

Pajú

Pajú is one of those authentic places in Porto, where you can try traditional Portuguese food all night long. And it will be worth it, because they have one of the best francesinhas and deviled eggs in the city.

Bar Labirintho

Where: Rua de Nossa Senhora de Fátima, 334
Labirintho is one of the most alternative bars in Porto and the perfect place to eat some late-night snacks while listening to good music. They have burgers and pregos available and even vegetarian options. Even though the rooms and hallways resemble a maze, once you smell the food you will not get lost.

Big Ben

Big Ben might not be the place for every crowd, but the clock never stops ticking considering they are open 24 hours a day. Portuguese cuisine is the main theme of their menu and the prices are suitable for every budget.
